SPOILER ~~~~~~~~~~ I think that Six realized the Thin Man is Mono from the future, like Mono as an adult, so she dropped him off a cliff inside that tower dimension so that the Thin Man would be trapped forever so-to-speak, because if Six brought Mono with her, she would be scared he would become the Thin Man if they are still together, and therefore she dropped him. But Six didn't know that Mono actually becomes the Thin Man from her actions of dropping him off the cliff, so that is why he comes to attack her, and het revenge. Only his youngest self will always kill the older self and try to save monster Six, then Six will drop him, and Mono becomes his older self again. Mono is basically fighting himself the entire game. Mono has some serious identity issues.

Well, Mono waits at the bottom of the signal tower in that like monster dimension waiting for someone to save him. As he waits, he grows older. It is shown that once he has grown six times, he is wearing a hat and sitting in the chair, waiting for the younger Mono to come save him, because the Mono we played as has become the next Thin Man because of Six's actions and thus there is a repeating loop of Monos.

Naw. Six dropped him because she became a Villian in the last game. In Very Little Nightmares and Little Nightmares 1 she was cruel and heartless to other kids. She dropped him so she could get away, inadvertently recreating The Thin Man. Her shadow self points to a photo of The Maw in the secret ending to remind her of the monster that she truly is. In a way your right because if you collect all the ghost children you get a bonus ending where six pops out of a tv for the last time and then shadow six appears and looks at a drawing of the maw and disappears and six starts to get hungry. My theory is that shadow six either killed mono or manipulated six into doing so, but when shadow six looks at the maw and six starts getting hungry that means little nightmares 2 might be a prequel to little nightmares:0

Oof. Its painful to see folks clinging to the belief that Six is good. In the first game we see her turn from questionable to villainous. In Very Little Nightmares we see her go from kinda innocent yet mysterious to a questionable character. She isn't a good character. She's become no better than the monsters she's running from. Shadow Six is the good in her. It's a shadow of her former self. It always shows up when Six has to make a choice and it seems disappointed when she makes the wrong one (which she always does). In the secret ending she looks at The Maw as if to say: "Remember what you did there?" Won't lie. I'm curious to see how a tv show will play out. Do we watch her turn even more evil? Or is it gonna be a sequel series?

Everything that happens in little nightmares gives me a panic attack because I'm terrified of the concept of being eaten alive, getting chased while feeling like you can't run correctly, body horror, and the fact that you're a little kid and everything here wants to kill you in the most horrific ways possible.

​@@meepfan408 you see the parts where Mono is with Six and where Mono is purposely killed as shown here multiple times, she bails away even when you get killed by traps as if she didn't care, idk probably just unimportant; but my personal headcount is that there are multiple alternate universes and that there is no true ending. What if Six wanted Mono to live but she knew that she would end up killing him or she knew that Mono is the thin man just sent back to control his own fate?, what if Mono after he turns into thin man knows that he is being told something by another thin man?. It's obvious nothing is confirmed but we can only speculate what happens in the end.
