So have kids Been seeing that eye monster and that’s why there’s drawings of eyes everywhere ? Theory: maybe the tower is like a prison made up of the eye monster and it needs a host to maintain itself so when the thin man died six became the host that’s why the whole building revolved around her music and why she was warped so when she turns back mono becomes the host and becomes the thin man and so maybe the reason a bunch of kids see the eyes is because it’s spying on them scouting to see who’s a good next potential host

there's even a suggestion that six is somehow saving mono by being consumed by her hunger. the simpler answer though has to be six is evil. we see that personal transformation in the game as mono and six traveled the world. six took revenge and slowly strangled a bully after she was captured. in the hospital when six is left to her own devices, she doesn't quiver in fear, she breaks and pops the fingers off of a prosthetic hand and when the doctor slowly burns to death, six watches and warms herself with his desiccating corpse. this is not a person (somehow...) just trying to survive, but someone relishing in the pain of others. if we follow this concept, this idea when mono frees her from her monstrous state by destroying her music box, he loses bit of himself with each blow. he reminds her of their relationship and the bond they shared it's why every time he called six was flustered and let go of the music box for a moment. it was remining her of the bond they had. when six finally severs that bond by dropping mono to his death, she's accepting who she really is and perhaps accepting the evil within.

this is what I think so in the first game every time six eats something a shadow which is known as "glitch-six" appears because anything six eats gives her essence and keeps her power going and she dropped mono thinking it would kill his so she wouldn't have to eat him and she thought him falling would kill him also because she didn't want the cycle to repeat so that is why she betrayed mono she didn't want him to become the tall man.

For anyone who hasn't watched the end keep scolling Ok so this game is actually a prequel to the first game and thats how Six had those powers in the first game and not this one but in the 3rd DLC for the first game at the end Thin Man (Mono) is in one of the screens so im guessing that the next game if there is Mono might get revenge.
