yeah he does wear some sort of mask. i have seen him scratch his head below the mask one time. although he didnt look quite human..(couldnt see properly.)

I actually think their faces are so disfigured they have massive skin flaps over their faces. So basically they have two faces.

Nope, it's not. If you stick around in the area at 20:30 long enough, you'll see him reach up under the skin of his face. He'll do something like that again in another area later too. It's on purpose.

Sometimes I would use my palm to constantly press the shift for sprint. Hopefully it can help for your fingers:) (or forget it if you have large hands
