Little People, Big World: Matt Roloff Gets Candid After 20-Year NDA Lifts

Matt Roloff is opening up about his family's time on the TLC series, 'Little People, Big World.' Following last week's finale episode, the father of four jumped on Facebook to candidly discuss the future of his family's show for the first time. Matt wrote that he is no longer 'under a contract NDA (non disclosure agreement,' and shared he can now 'speak much more freely' than he's been able to over the past 20 years.

In that order the man changed, and it wasn't for the Good. When the show began to grow that farm begin to grow with its family it was not just taken care of by matt. It Grew with the family That blossomed it the bigger it got the bigger the tasks got and you right he said it a lot he seemed like a well-grounded father who was proud to show them what needed to be done and it would be generations but somewhere in there it alllll changed. It doesn't even look the same anymore for something that had blossomed together was now not fully the same no love there anymore anybody who watched that show saw the love of the farm now its just a farm if you get what i mean You understand sum things change and sum people can't even see what changed it

Let the show die. It's not the same. The other kids don't want to film for good reasons. The show has steered so far from what it was originally showing a family with dwarfism. Now it's all about drama and just not entertaining to watch anymore. It had a good run let it die.

I think Matt is using his other kids as an excuse. They were not around! They were not on the show! Zach and Tori were with their son Jackson and were looking forward to owning Amy's portion of the farm! If the others wanted in, they could have been left pieces of Matt's side. Once Matt and Caryn pulled that crap with Zach and his family, this whole show was a wrap as Zach, Tori and Jackson loving being on the farm, was the show!!!! Shame on you Matt and shame on you for involving Caryn who had no place at all being involved even minimally!!!!! Jeremy and Ember are egotistical people with a lot of money, they need nothing and bought their own powerhouse farm so why even mention them? Who cares what they wanted, Zach was there, Zach was all in!!! Whole thing is SO disappointing and sad!!!!

Matt will forever try to use Amy as a football as long as she is in a frame with him. But she has Chris. Next to raising awareness of Little People life to a point, that Amy is away, if she is, makes me very happy. What was done to her, no woman or mother should have done to her.

It was inevitable. Zach and Tori kept it going for quite awhile after all the other siblings left. Without at least one of the kids, there’s no show worth watching. Watching Matt and Caryn and Amy and Chris interact is already a bit strange given that the show is supposed to revolve around a married couple, their kids, and the farm they own. Once Matt and Amy’s marriage started falling apart, the foundation of the show cracked in a major way. Then came the whole farm deal gone sideways… there’s just nothing left to say, they eked 17 years out of what should’ve most likely been a 10 year show max

I agree with Zack that the farm should have been kept in the family. Karen has a pretty face and knows how to turn on the charm but I don't believe she is genuine. I think that Karen kept Amy and Matt from healing and does whatever it takes to get whatever she can from Matt .

Kids think they are owed everything. My husband and I sold our very lucrative business to afford our retirement. We paid for our children's to college, weddings, assisted with buying homes, and helped our grandchildren. They have a good start in life and years to build their dreams. Our children will be taken care of upon our deaths. It's our time to sit back and relax.

its a crazy thing, and sad really , yes ive watched the show and enjoyed it.. but it started off to show that little people can do whatever they want and used this unique family.. it turned into a creepy voyerism into the life of the family that has never ended .. it literally tor the family apart ... i can understand how matt would want do the things he did when u have the oppurtunity..but he just lost sight of the greater joy wich is his family ... i cant imagine having 4 healthy kids with someone and just disregarding them over money... if u watch the earliest episodes they were so happy and tight nit at family dinners ... once they rebuilt the house and extra stuff it became a matt ego show

Once the Divorce was cemented was done watching no marriage and relationship is perfect so they should watch what they say because again nobody perfect. As far as cheaters what makes a cheater think once they move on everything is roses and pretty but it is not You learn from your mistakes, and you wash your bad news off and work on good stuff but continuing to hate don't make it better.

Hopefully it isn't ending. I enjoyed the show and just got started watching the last five seasons. May watch from the beginning. As a parent he had to be fair to all children when offering to sell the farm. In the end when Matt passes the game will be returned to Amy and the kids. Is it true the reason they divorced because he had an affair? It was hinted but I wasn't sure if it really came out.

Zach and Tori were trying to purchase Amy's side of the farm. If the others wanted in, Matt could have given them all shares of his side! ATROCIOUS Jeremy and Audrey are very wealthy and selfish and bought their own powerhouse farm so they need nothing and if Molly and Jacob wanted anything to do with the farm, they were NO where in sight and should have been very happy to get pieces of Matt's side. Zach and Tori have stated unequivocally they have moved on and will not continue to do the show, it's a wrap as the best parts of that show are Zach and Tori's family!!!!

@@uva3088 form what has been said some of the facts are not accurate. Amy sold her side to Matt so not sure how he could buy her side. What is done is done. They all made a ton of money per episode. I don't think Amy got what she deserved for all her years married and on the show. If anything why didn't Amy sell her side to Zach and Tori then? The whole story isn't being told. There is his truth her truth and the kids truth and then there are truths. I think the season finale said it all. Family is family. Family gets into it at times , feelings get hurt but they are still family.
