I live in NE Indiana (flat farm county) and take “daycations” in search of remote forest roads. This looks like a bigger version of some stuff I’ve found in Vinton and Scioto counties in southern Ohio. The Little Shepherd is on my “to do” list after watching.

Love that section of the KAT. We camped down by the lake. Say two black bears that evening. From Bullock overlook you can see Linefork, Ky. My dad was born there

I'm trying to get my wife interested in getting a overland rig. I have a leveled ram 1500 on 33x12.50r17 do you think I would have an issues on the trail? I'm very experienced in offroad driving. I just don't want to take her out for the day and get stuck trying to get her into the hobby.

I’m interested in doing the 14 mile paved section in my truck camper. It’s a 2012 Lance 850 on a 2007 F350 DRW. The truck camper fits within the footprint of the truck (8 ft bed) so I am no longer than a full size truck (about 21 ft). I’m 10.5 ft tall to the top of the air conditioner so height and low hanging branches are a concern. I’ve drive in plenty of forests and never had a problem. Do you think I’d be okay on the paved section?

I use the DJI Mavic 2 pro for cinematic shots and the DJI Avata. Yes, it kept flying.
