Little Simz is severely underrated. It pisses me off a little, to be honest. Another seriously underrated artist in the U.S. is Sa Roc. Check out her song "Forever". I always ask people to check her out and when they finally do they are always impressed and wondering why they never heard of her. So trust me. Even if you don't do a reaction you need to hear Sa Roc.

100%, anyone that isn’t from the US doesn’t get recognition in the rap game by bodies such as the Grammys which is a disgrace because the UK artists should have cleaned up in recent years like Dave, J Hus, Kano, Simz, Ghetts, Fredo, Skepta etc, it’s not even funny how much better this new crop of UK rappers are better than the new US rappers, in America the likes of Pusha T and Freddie Gibbs who have been around with years in the background are pushing up because the new rappers are ass for the most part

I def think Simz reads a lot of western and eastern philosophy. She mentions The Alchemist (Paolo Coelho) in a previous song, and also talks about reading about Buddhism. In some interviews she’s shared some of her reading list and it piqued my curiosity. She is def living the Noble Eightfold path. What a force she is 🙌🙌
