Lyrics:
Huh, I do as I want
I do as I like
I no watch face
I no fear nobody, nobody
I do as I want
I do as I like
I no watch face
I no fear nobody, nobody
Point and kill
If I want it
Its mine
You can’t stop me hey
Family no go suffer oh
Inna my lifetime
Dey be fine do am proper
No lie lie
Give me strength let me prosper
Daddy say he want me to be lawyer abi doctor
Riff raff kiddi cohn
Window shopper
Oya fine boy
Take away auntie
Bougie ah Eleyi O wa fancy
When I see it I
Point and kill
If I want it
Its mine
You can’t stop me hey
You can’t stop me oh
You cant stop me
Point and kill
You can’t stop me oh
You cant stop me
Point and kill
You can’t stop me oh
You cant stop me
Point and kill
You can’t stop me oh
You cant stop me huh
I do as I want
I do as I like
I no watch face
I no fear nobody, nobody
Said I do as I want
I do as I like
I no watch face
I no fear nobody, no fear nobody
Emini paid what can you offer?
Snakes in the grass no trust am
Point and kill any impostor
Want me to appear
It go cost am
Smooth travel never stuck in customs
That’s in any city you can come and see it with me
Reality will hit you cos not everywhere is pretty
But for now bring the Naira come gimme
Can’t stop greatness what the point in trying
Hard not to recognise with all this pressure we applying
Tell me people rise up can never be silenced
You think were apologetic I think were defiant
Mummy say I gotta be a go go getter
Got the devil tryna temp me but I know better
Never been the type to not acknowledge all the signs
Its a fact that everything I want is in front of my eyes
So when I see it I
Point and kill
If I want it
Its mine
You can’t stop me huh
Point and kill
Point and kill
Point and kill
You can’t stop me oh
You cant stop me
Point and kill
You can’t stop me oh
You cant stop me
Point and kill
You can’t stop me oh
You cant stop me
Point and kill
You can’t stop me oh
You cant stop me

This is a masterpiece visually and musically. Definitely a nod to Fela and Nigerian rich culture. So many rich colours loved the styling everything was intentional. The messaging had so many levels to it. The expectations of our parents, the corrupt with politicians and police. The symbolic nature of the cutlass and the unapologetic Black Love is beautiful if we move has a unit message. Black people and expression is not a monolith. It also gave me Queen & Slim vibez at the end it’s us against the system. It was dope but l expected to be ,very blaxploitation inspired, bloody here for it ❤️🤗🎬💫🎼🌍✊🏾

I knew Obongjayar since 2018 when I stumbled upon Never Change on the Mellow Styles playlist and immediately I knew he was truly of Nigerian blood. Thanks a lot for taking this home with this beautiful piece. Little Simz was seriously hard on this. Visuals The cinematography, costuming, production design and props team all deserve a solid pat on the back. Never leaving of the story interpretation through the lyrics. The last shot literally blew me away as the shot tracking back slowly. RATING A solid 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 performance

@@neebell5056 are you ok? maybe you shouldn't consume any music made by Africans that show their pride for their country if your getting this but hurt over it this is the second comment I've seen you crying about it the thing is black Africans and many other POC have been put down for our cultures and have had stereotypes made from us so making content that celebrates our cultures and having other people appreciate it and uplifting is not the same as "creating a tale of supermancy" as we don't think we are better than anyone just fighting back against a system that has literally labeled black people as sub-human and our cultures as backwards don't know why you feel so attack all they said was Africans are so tanlented and creative I wouldn't have a problem if other groups of marglised people said the same thing about themselves
