Days filled with taking care of the house, processing fruit for the winter and sewing small cozy things for the home.
I am duplicating the recipe for bun dough.
250 grams milk,
2 tbsp. semolina,
7 grams of yeast,
2 chicken eggs,
70 grams sugar (if you want sweeter buns, add more sugar)
a pinch of salt,
30 grams vegetable oil,
30 grams butter,
500-550 grams of flour.
Mix all ingredients and set the dough to rise.
The dough is tasty, rich and does not go stale for a long time.
Diameter:
large circle 21 cm,
average circle - 14.5,
small circle-12.3
This textile lid is suitable for a regular standard jar with a lid diameter of 9 cm.

Bonjour Olesya, c’est incroyable, on est à des centaines de km et pourtant quand je vois tout ce que tu faits me rappelle mes 12 premières années en famille. Pendant que mon époux travaillait et que les enfants étaient à l’école, j’avais la même vie que toi, à la campagne avec un potager, je faisais les confitures, les conserves, la couture, le jardin, la peinture, on peut vraiment dire que l’on ne s’ennuie pas. Je faisais du troc avec mes voisins. Les années ont passé et me voilà toute seule, je continue à échanger mais tout ce que je fait maintenant est au ralenti. Belle vie à toi.❤️👩‍🌾

Ich habe seit einem Monat eine Diagnose erhalten , die mich verzweifeln lässt ( Bauchfelltumoren und Metastasen im ganzen Bauch). Я с восторгом наблюдаю вашу размеренную жизнь. Это такое чудо. У нас в селе от кур тоже не было особого урона. Бабушка, чтобы они не клевали на грядках, ложила большие ветки полусухие, куры туда не лезли. Ваши показы своей размеренной простой жизни вдохновляют. Olá Olesya! Seus vídeos são maravilhosos. Nos fazem voltar a infância aqui no Rio Grande do Sul (Brasil),onde moro. Antigamente, aqui, as mulheres tinham uma vida simples assim, faziam geléias em casa,pão em casa. As pessoas e as famílias eram mais felizes. Hoje em dia, todas trabalham fora, disputam para ter o carro da moda, roupas da moda, casa da moda e a felicidade e o amor, que antes eram encontrados nas pequenas coisas,se perderam.
