When I was young, I made southern dolls with flowery dresses, and mohair with embroidered eyes and faces. I usually so they have a dozen bodies but I used a white girls sock for the face as a soft sculptural head and my son used to play with the headless dolls until I got the heads on . I am 69 now I’m pretty much retired just enjoying the great grandbabies.

Wonderful video. Thanks so much. The angels are gorgeous. I sew some simple toys for decoration such as cats, rabbits and chickens. I also sew covers for cushions and bed sheets and fix and mend things around my home. I liove crafting. When I was young I used to sew all my clothing and many things for my boys. I have a Janome sewing machine ( table included) that is about 50 years old, but it is in perfect conditios and works as the best. 🌹🌹🌹 From Chile. Good luck and take care.😚

I do love Tilda Patterns... Tonne Finneger is so creative... I tend to sew the wings with quilt wadding ( like trapunto) . My grand daughter loves her dolly with no legs.. ( the Tilda mermaid )...
