(The big powerchair didn’t help me as much as I thought it would ( I’ve been out in it about 4 times in the last year), but I wasn’t to know that at the time I recorded this, when my chair was so new )

Yeah, when I go out (usually for a doctor’s appointment) on the way I notice new buildings and am like “when did that apartment complex get there?” Or “how long has that hotel been open?” I think it comes as a shock how quick the world is moving when your life is slow and your environment goes unchanged.

This was actually after a Drs appt. that was cancelled when I was in the waiting room, so I got to go next door to a shop instead 😊 there are fb groups for most cities & towns, so I sometimes see new buildings on there, but never get to see inside. The groups are still a great way to stay involved & up to date, though 😊

My husband drove me into town one day and there was a whole new building there, where it used to be a big parking lot. And it had been there for a while too.

Haha, I rarely get asked that on here, but pretty average height, I’d say 😊 I’ve had people refer to me as both tall and small in the past!
