Most of the characters have their own show. Some characters being Hello Kitty, My Melody + Kuromi (they have their own show together), Badtz Maru and the twin stars. Idk if there’s more but I’ll check!! Edit: Keroppi, Pochacoo have their own. If anything I’ll keep adding all the characters anime. Cinnamaroll has a movie which probably means he has a anime.

Cartoons are basically aiming at children while anime has diverse audience demographics so the proper term is anime when referring to Japanese animation
