This is one of my favorite edits! This is why I'm an Olicity fan. Felicity is truly the one and only woman who understands him better than anyone else. She gets to him in ways NO ONE ELSE can (not even Laurel). She's his light, his guide, his rock, and his salvation. He really tends to lean on her and her alone during his most darkest of times. Throughout the entire show, whenever Oliver is faced with hard decisions, is faced with an enemy he can't beat, or in need of keeping his head on straight, Felicity is always the one to be there by his side talking him through it all. He really relies on her to help him through everything he goes through. And her talks ALWAYS give him the strength and the courage to do what needs to be done. Her talks always help Oliver regain the fire he needs. Even when others have tried to convince Oliver to do something, it's almost always Felicity he really listens to. He truly listens to her and takes her advice. And felicity's always there to give it. She never leaves his side when it really matters. Even during the times they "separated and weren't together" she still stayed by his side and no matter what differences they had, she still stood by him to catch him if he ever fell. She stayed by his side through thick and thin, whether they were together or not. When everyone left Oliver, the new team, even dig, Felicity was the only one to stay by his side, and be there for anything he needed. They made each other better. And although their relationship was rocky at times and even though it took a while for them to get to a point where they were truly the best version of themselves, they made each other better, and they did it together. Felicity really changed Oliver into the person he was meant to become. And Oliver made Felicity the person she always wanted to be. Out of all of Oliver's flings and relationships, Felicity is the only woman to truly bring out the best in oliver. She understands him better than anyone and always know exactly how to get through to him, when no one else can. The fact that he always seems to lean on her for love, comfort and solace, in his most desperate and darkest times, speaks so many volumes in just how much she means to him. She really is the true love of his life. And this is coming from a fan of the comics, where for the most part, GA and BC are together and in love. I still like the comics, but I really like that they went a different route and decided to add the Felicity character in arrow.
