It honestly sucks when books don't reach your standards but it definitely seems gratifying that COL had a good world but how it was portrayed wasn't as good. You are exciting me so much to read Muse so I'm definitely picking it right up. I adored your NN reading vlog! Honestly loved these two books your taste in books is right up my street. I think the lyracism of Taylor and Kristoff really makes the books feel so much more atmospheric ugh.

i really wanted to read city of lies so bad but i don't think i'll give it a chance for a while now hahahha. i read nevernight for the readalong and it is alreaady one of my all time favourites, i really really enjoyed it

I read seven books last month and they were all great. i read "An Ember In The Ashes" for the first time and that ending i can't wait to read book 2 and book 3 i love that fantasy world so much my goal is to read book 2 and 3 next month so i can just get destroyed again. This book series is so sad why does she do this she pushes beyond the boundaries that most authors don't push beyond and i love her writing for that this world is like ancient Rome and i love how they come from different worlds and they just work together and i hate Helen i don't like her she makes me mad i hate her so much she thinks that slaves are meant to be slaves and that they have no purpose in life and i don't like that at all. This book was so sad but i love it the world building was great i have always wanted to read this novel since forever and now i have read it and i fell in love with it.
