I saw Little Dragon live at the Apollo in NYC for my birthday circa 2016. As soon as they came on I was on my feet dancing furiously and a woman behind me pointed out that I was the only person dancing and told me to sit down. Within 20 minutes or so the whole place is on their feet movin and a groovin. I turned around and smiled at the woman who was still sitting, arms crossed, resentfully looking back at me. She stubbornly stayed seated the whole time, just to make a point.

It was great till my car broke down, got chased by a coyote, waited for tow truck that never came. Camped outside, rain, got bit by mosquitoes, finally tow truck came the next day. Ate at a Waffle House, got food poisoned. Mechanic fix car back on road. Overall the road trip was pretty cool. Thanks for asking . Need to go on another one. Send me a message in two years tho. I love how the song being about a pair of energized lovers, spending much of the night entangled in passion, features a representation of Cupid (blinded, slightly obscure yet provoking) playing what I'm guessing is a double bass complemented by the keyboardist (?)- drawing in the listener with deep, arousing tones (Cupid pulling the strings of the passionate). The arrangement of both audio and video layouts supporting each others' narrative is brilliant! True artistry!
