Water 700ml
Coconut milk 200ml
Caster sugar 110g
Agar powder 3tsp
Jelly powder 3/4tsp
●3rd Layer
Palm sugar 120g
Water 720ml
Coconut milk 180ml
Agar powder 3tsp
Jelly powder 3/4tsp

Really great recipe. I love to make this jelly. In fact I have adapted it a little, hope you not mind. I keep the top layer pineapple the same, but then the coconut milk layer, I not add suger to sweeten, I use 2 tablespoon of natural honey. This keeps the bee/honeycomb theme going. Which is good.

I think this is still not "appropriate" and "safe"to use the bubble wrap when it comes to food. There are bound to be release of chemical reaction due to the heat released from the jelly even though a fan is used to lower the temperature. Tnough it looks nice but not recommended.
