Ingredients:
puff pastry: 200 g (7.1 oz)
apples: 4 pc
butter: 20 g (0.7 oz)
cinnamon: 10 g (0.4 oz)
brown sugar: 30 g (1.1 oz)
sugar: 200 g (7.1 oz)
water: 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
lemon juice: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
salt: 7 g (0.2 oz)
whipping cream: 200 ml (6.8 fl oz)
powdered sugar: 80 g (2.8 oz)
whipping cream: 300 g (11 oz)

My mother would just cut off the stem and use a corer to take out the seeds. Then she would fill the hole with butter and cinnamon sugar, and bake the apples. No pastry or syrup or whipped cream, but we loved them. And they really did take about 5 minues to prepare, not including baking time.

Ох, уж эти "5 минут", которые на деле оборачиваются 2-мя часами труда! Поскольку я ищу действительно простые и быстрые рецепты, то обычно в подобных случаях обмана ожиданий пишу раздраженные отзывы с упреком автору за ввод в заблуждение и трату времени на просмотр. Но тут музыка расслабила, а вид красивых рук с нормальными человеческими ногтями идеальной формы меня заворожил и умиротворил. )))

@@olgaschander2242 В рецептах я ищу рецепт. Но если обманываюсь в своих ожиданиях, которые возникают из названия, то пишу свое отношение к таком обману. В данном случае я его смягчила в виду эстетичной составляющей видео. ))) Забавно, что такой пустяк вызвал у вас взрыв эмоций и язвительный спич. Будто ничего важнее в жизни нет. ))))

I made this for guest I had over for dinner last week, I removed the apple skin and the core. I also used green apples as it gave us the sweet sour taste with apple pie spice, cinnamon, brown sugar man it was to die for. Instead of the cream I served homemade ice cream and caramel. Thanks for sharing this. btw too a bit longer than 5 min but hey the longer it takes the better it taste 😀

You can easily leave the syrup out of the recipe and the sugar out of the whipped cream. Most ppl use syrups that are full of chemicals and the same amount of sugar

They have more or less the same dessert in Belgium and they call it "Apple Bol" (with less sugar, no whipped cream and take only 5 minutes 😊) which is baked & served only on the first Monday (Verloren maandag=Lost Monday) after January 6th: This is an Antwerp's tradition.

This video is inspirational for two reasons. 1. It's delicious. 2. If you know your way around the kitchen, you can cut the cooking time in half since there are so many useless steps. So you can make a 45-minute long "5-minute recipe" in under 30 minutes. 😂

Well personally I enjoyed watching the video, I find these videos quite therapeutic! I also thought it was creative and looks delicious even though sugar loaded! You could eliminate the sugar from the cream , the caramel sauce is fine because that jar full will probably do a quite a few as you just drizzle some on each or you could swap it for say a coulee made of your favourite fruit or something else if you your imagination. I am definitely going to have a go as I enjoy cooking it’s an art form!

Don't say 5 min. If it takes longer. Be honest. And only 2 apples and puff pastry as ingredients. What do you call the caramel,brown sugar, powdered sugar,etc Is this called bait and switch..I WILL MAKE IT but please tell us up front,the real time and number of ingredients.......
