I am a visual learner, I can't read patterns but can follow along with videos all day long. I normally don't comment on anything KZbin but I just had to thank you for posting this. You're not only talented with your pieces, but you are a GREAT teacher. This was the easiest video I have ever followed! First slipper took about 1 hr, second 45 minuets! I am so grateful, and they are beautiful!

Visual learner, me too!! I even write the patterns myself as I'm watching the video n crocheting and finish that project, like a baby girl dress for my granddaughter, and crochet something else. Someone sees that dress n wants one so I go all thru my great big notebook of patterns that I wrote, myself and get all my yarn together to make another dress n CAN'T FOLLOW what I just wrote!!! CRAZY. Gonna see if these slippers are as easy as the person that said "did the 1st one in an hour" says it is. Well after I get my dishes done!! Wish me luck!!❤❤❤

It’s not hard to learn how to read patterns. Unless it’s just the fact that you don’t understand stuff well. But even then you can learn to. It may take longer but will still be possible

I wanted to add that to my comment a second ago. I really appreciate that i dont need to go back into a blog or in details to find my size. You do it in the video for all of the sizes. Thank you for that. Hope you can do a video on a top down v neck sweater. I have been trying and trying and i need a good teacher. You would be the one.

I've just watched less than 2 minutes of your video and I love it already. Your instructions are crystal clear and you are VERY easy to follow. I like the time stamp in the description and that we can get the written pattern. You have thought of everything!... Including how do make several different sizes. THANK you for a great video!! Ive made so many slippers for others. I finally decided to make a pair for myself. I saw this slipper and immediately fell in love with the pattern. They are beautiful and crochets up very quickly. I made my pair using left over scrap yarns from other projects. They look like jewels popping through. After seeing mine, my sister has requested a pair for everyone attending the girl get away she is planning for her daughters and grand girls. And another neice simply said. "I want several of those". Honestly, they look like very expensive slippers you find in boutiques. Thank you for sharing you talents with us.

Thanks so much for the very clear instructions and easy pattern to follow. I'm very new to crochet and managed to successfully make two pairs of these slippers in the right sizes for my partner and I. It's so easy to see exactly how you are making each type of stitch, so I had no trouble following along even though I hadn't done some of these stitches before.

I am in awe of your video and can't wait until I get started. Love the colour yarns you used too. I am a visual learner so watched all the way through. I also wrote as you spoke and will never sell your pattern for copyright reasons but find it easier for me to follow. You are awesome. You explain so nicely for us who may not be newbie exactly, i have been crocheting for a year now but amagarumi, dog sweater, blankets. I am making my first sweater which i frogged completely after getting all the way through one of (MJ design patterns from you tube, top down sweater) and lets just say my daughter said why is it tight then poofy and tight then poofy and sleeves were poofy ugh a mess so starting over. I am really trying to get a top down sweater right and slippers for me and my 6 friend co workers (we all work for frederick county scott key center - center for developmentally disabled) and i want to do something nice that they will appreciate the fact that slippers will help them get comfy at home after long day at work. Your slippet video pattern is so great and easy to follow. Making it tonight before work and it is just such easy listening and i get it. Cant wait to look through more of your videos. Do you have any top down sweater patterns or would you make a video on?

Thank you for putting the description down below I'm a beginner never had to crochet needles this is all new you're going a little fast for me cuz honestly I have to look up what those stitches are that's how much I'm a beginner on this I'm a baker I'm not a knitter or a crocheter or cross stitch or anything else like or needlepoint so this is a whole new thing for me on your next video I like your slippers a lot the pattern you did what I see if you could go a little slow for beginners and try to help us understand a little more easier for the people who don't know one single thing what you're talking about great video though I could understand it
