Thank you for this awesome idea! I just created one for my 4-yr-old. The adjustment I made was using the initial-sound piece as the middle layer and creating a top plate similar to the original middle plate with one section cut out but without any lines; I colored the top plate one solid color for less distraction. This top plate allows you to show only one initial-sound letter at a time while concealing the others.

I'd like to give you a suggestion. And it's a favor, I'm asking as a non-native english speaker. It's really hard for me to pronounce all the letter sounds correctly. I'm practicing and still, not quite as clear as you can pronounce them. For parents like me it would be a great help if you putt short series of the videos where you simply show the letters and make sounds without explanation. (may be you have those videos and I will look for them, but so far I have not seen them). You do have all alphabet covered with explanations how to pronounce and show the sound, but if you do in first lesson only SAPTIN - capital and lower case, repeating few times. The second lesson covers next 6 letters and so on. This would be a HUGE help for us, parents that can never pronouns that L, N and M correctly! I tried M and N and my child was looking at me in a big surprised and sad COW! :D L - was even worse - she thought I was roaring! Oh, the "R"? I have not even tried! :D Thank you millions!
