Wake up 5.30 am listen to this Simran whilst i conduct my yoga and stretches. Then I do my Wim Hof Breathing Techniques and take a cold shower . After i do my 5 km walk to see my blessed Parents. In such a good place through the Kirpa of Waheguru. I suffer with poor mental health occasionally but through Gods Grace I will Overcome my difficulties. Standing on the shoulders of Giants meaning the Sikh Gurus. What I’m going through is nothing compared to what the Gurus endured. My Mama Maternal Uncle lost his 24 year old son Jaigan Singh Nahal to coronavirus. Such a pure soul. He touched so many people including me . This is rememberance to Him , the legend that he was. Love you with all my heart. I will try to carry your legacy on and on .!Waheguru
