Very soothing, my son always put waheguru on before sleep, he is 4 years old now but he is listening from when he was 6 months old. Now if we forget to put waheguru he reminds us always. Waheguru

Waheguru, waheguru. When i had nobody there for me I had waheguru. He helped me realise what was my faults and how to improve and become a better human being. I lost my girlfriend because i was selfish and abusive. I was addicted to drugs but after the breakup, i go gurdwara and do seva and keep faith and hope that waheguru will keep guiding me. The guy i was before and the guy iam now i realise that sharing and caring is what makes me feel happy. ❤ I pray daily to waheguru to show my ex i changed for the better and will never go back, but its too late. Waheguru❤️😭
