I think Happie Scrappie could cover you on stickers for your PP weeks. Since she gives so many and includes the date covers. I've seen several different layouts that people have used with that planner, but I never liked that layout so it's why I didn't invest in one.

S SD The pink cover for it is from Naya Paperie. I believe it is the Cherry Blossom leather, but I’m not 100% sure of the name.
