Listening to this song is so happy, yet so fucking sad. All the memories of flying with Latios in the sky’s of Hoeen was so magical. My overpowered mega rayquaza and primal Groudon. All the great characters like Steaven Stone and the rival, and the badass (yet stupid) team magma and their leader Maxie. And my started blaziken. I remember catching all the legendary Pokémon from past games all in their cool hidden areas in hooen. This game is fucking magical, and nothing can recapture it again.

Love the original games like Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby but these had a lot of great additions to Hoen. Rip the Battle Frontier. I thought it was cool how other legends could be found through Hoopa's portals. They even put the correct music when battling legends from other regions which I thought was amazing. Too bad they shiny locked the main legends. :D

This game came out 1,981 days ago, and it's 2020 now, so can we finally agree that this game IS nostalgic? This is what got me into Pokémon, I was very late into series (most people my age began with Heartgold/Soulsilver, but I had no interest in Pokémon until late 2014). It was my first game and now in 2020, I own the majority of the games. Since it was my first, I had no high expectations, so I enjoyed it a lot. I hope generation six becomes more well known, since it's the most underrated generation. I'm currently replaying Diamond, (and ordering Leaf green/Colosseum soon), and i'll say this, we've gone a long way since ORAS

Of all the hometown themes I've heard in Pokemon, I think Littleroot is the most fitting. Not only does it makes the best mark in a journey's start, but this also feels like a conclusion theme. You picked up your backpack, left the house, and said farewell to Mom, all knowing that you will likely return when you become the champion. And when you did, you entered the house, said hello to Mom and Dad, and dropped your backpack at the side of the door. You head to bed and close you eyes afterward recalling your journey.

Not once in my life have I ever come upon a song that enlightens me this much. After I came back to this song so many years later, It reminds me even in the darkest of days that light still exists in this world and there is still hope in humanity. Whenever I play this soundtrack, whether I am sad, scared, nervous, angry, or even lazy, from the first note all my emotions go away and I become calm. This soundtrack motivates me never to give up and look forward to the great days ahead and that there is light in my future. I am so happy even in such a corrupt world we live in, something as simple as a video game soundtrack can have such a great impact on people. story time so after my parents divorced i moved in with my mum and my step dad and i found out i has a step brother and we has the same exact shiny blue 3ds and i told him and we started playing on it and my first pokemon game which i actually properly played it and then when ORAS came out i got Omega ruby becuase my brother had it and i wanted to copy him because he was my role model at night he would help me out if i got stuck in a puzzle and on my ds it was sorta broken the volume was maxed and i couldn't move it down and so we would go to the location on the map flyinh with latios and latias and sit talking about our families with the music and now it feels soo nostalgic and that was good times back in 2014-2020 hopefully i can search around the house and play you again

I remember on my 8th birthday in 2015 my parents got me a New 3ds XL. I remember playing face raiders on it on the way home. A couple days later we went back to our local Best Buy to buy a game and one caught my attention. Pokémon Omega Ruby. My only experience with Pokémon until then was occasionally seeing an episode of the B/W anime. But I saw Pokémon so I said that was the game I wanted. I remember picking Torchic as my first ever starter and I was so naive. I didn’t know you could switch Pokémon in battle so I ended up with a level 92 Blaziken. I didn’t know what running was and one day I encountered a Surskit and thought run was some kind of universal attack and I was so sad when it disappeared. I remember sitting on the carpet at my grandmas house freaking out at the Groudon cutscene especially when the bottom screen went all static and Groudon underwent primal reversion. I remember looking up all the legendary locations on the crappy laptop my dad gave me and catching them. I remember being super nervous going up to the GameStop employee to ask them for the mystery gift code for the free Mew in 2016. And then my dumb 9 year-old self filled it’s moveset with HMs when I found out it could learn all of them. All the memories on the battle island and the battle mansion and breeding and chain fishing for shinies. My favorite character and theme of the game was Wally and I would set his theme to be the battle islands theme just so I could listen to it. I remember creating my secret base and grinding levels on level 100 blissey bases. This theme just brought all those memories back. I’ve considered transferring my Pokémon from this game into SwSh or Scarlet and Violet when they come out but I think I’ll keep them in the Omega Ruby just for the memories. If anyone has read all of this or even just skipped to the end thank you for paying attention to this text wall of my memories. Omega Ruby may not have been the best game in the series but it will forever be my favorite.

It's hard to not be reminiscent, not to be disappointed with the life I have now. With age and wisdom comes responsibility. there are many times I cry, I remember the good old days. Back when I had no responsibilities, it wasn't myself, but my father and mother who carried me. But responsibility is good, it tries people, and it tests people. It makes them grow, beats them up, and crushes them. But when they pull themselves up, the person who comes up is stronger than before. MAMAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! PAPAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!! They might still be here, but it's up to you. They brought you to where you are now. It's time to get up and continue walking.

i remember being a 2nd grader , i used to play this game a lot , even tho i cheated a lot but this was the only game my device could run other than mario , i have remember catching many legendaries as much as i can from YT walthrough , i had unlimited master balls haha there were also times when i played fire red too , it was a legit run i enjoyed the game , now im 17 things are little up and down but im fine as i am supposed to be , i cant thank enough the game creators for creating such a masterpiece. im feeling like crying but i dont know what holds me back maybe because im becoming stronger altho its okay to cry sometimes haha.. thanks again to the creators and anyone reading this , i wish you all the best for whatever the next thing is coming to you. just remember that you dont lose yourself , thanks.

Oh my, it's like i'm reading my younger self. I'm 28 and there's 2 things i hope that get to you, with your pardon: You have yet a lot to learn from life, teenager life is still nothing compared to adult life, you will face so much more difficulties later. I remember feeling like dying from stuff that made me sad and now that i go back to those memories is like, man, i should have focused on studying, it was so easy compared to college or looking for a job and i wasted a lot of time playing around. And the 2nd thing is, stop smoking right now, it will be a nightmare later on so you are still on time, it is for me, every year makes it harder to quit. If you are like me, advice won't get through and you will have to realize this things from mistakes. Oh, and family will always be family even if it's not so warm as before, it can always get better. Good luck on your journey!
