A 4-week arm challenge to strengthen kids' upper bodies!
In this workout, kids will exercise their arm, shoulder, and chest's muscles with specific routines aimed at exercising the upper body. These are less than 15 incredibly active minutes that combine resistance and cardio exercises to strengthen kids' arms in just 4 weeks. Kids will be able to build arm, chest and shoulder strength using a mix of traditional and other playful exercises, which makes this challenge super fun and enjoyable!!
