Having trouble getting MB BF3 to connect to J134 like at 15:28. Any tips on timing/juggling?

The best way to explain it as written form would be this. The most important thing is when you hit 33 after B23, you cannot hit to early then the second 3 just whiffs. I usually wait till the opponents foot is level with my head then input 33 BF3MB and before Liu can even move I just hold forward jump and input J134 according. Hope this helps!
