In all of these interviews, Gabby is always at the very end. She should be front and center; she contributed the most points and the highest scores throughout the final. She was the MVP

In London the girls won 5 medals (Yes the team title counts as 1), in Beijing the girls won 8. And yes I agree with you!

I just find them so amazing! I mean literally the things they do are just jaw dropping! Look at the other sports; I can shoot a basketball I can run a mile I can jump hurdles I can swim laps I can dive I can hit a volleyball I can kick a soccer ball Yet obviously all the athletes in those sports can do that better than I can; But if I ever tried to do any of that I would probably shatter my back. It gets me every time I see the video of them on the podium and the U.S.A. Anthem Playing!!

Actually all their names have a Y if they shorten them. Aly, Jordyn, Gabby, McKayla and Kyla. But if not then it's Alexandra and Gabrielle.

The girls on the 2008 team were older at the time they competed in the Olympics. Most of them were 18-20 with Shawn Johnson being the youngest at 16. Aly was the oldest of the 2012 team at 18 and the others were 17 16 and 15 at the time.

I believe that there was a strong team component with this team. There did not appear to be cliques, the focus was the team.

LOVE THESE GIRLS!!! ... having said that... I wish they didn't seem soo rehearsed in interviews.. i believe the public would connect soo much more with them if they were just fun crazy teens spilling their guts and sharing their hearts in the most un-rehearsed, real way they could. think about it... if u were world champs after waiting since 96... you wouldn't be soo robotic and everything soo "amazing" and "like definitely awesome" lol. none the less... i enjoy and support them

when I realized that in the london 2012 olympic would not engage girls 2008 Beijing team, I immediately got very sad because for me it was so cute to see them compete in Beijing was something unique just great and my team was better Beijing Olympic because those girls had more experience, more charisma and are very talented. though girls London 2012 team won more medals was not as nice as the previous team. but that if I never forget a prettier team of all time, the 2008 Beijing team.

I think they are also trying to keep things toned down since they still had to compete in the days following this interview. They didn't want to sound like bad sports to other people watching by sounding like they are bragging or anything.
