Awesome project and admirable craftsmanship. Too bad the casket was broken, I wouldn’t have had the tools to build a replacement myself as you did. Good job 👏

Great build. I think copper is the best material when making a head gasket. Better than aluminium.

Just a question but when you showed putting the head on and then tightening it down I noticed you started at one end. Is that how you tightened the head, from one end to the other ?. I'm no mechanic, only for my own gear, but I was told way back to start tightening from the centre and work outwards in a circle, this avoids the creep that inevitably happens when starting from one end. Just curious, no criticism intended. It's a beautiful engine.

I alternately tightened all the fastening screws from the middle to the periphery for the first time, but in the video, I edited out some of the movements that were not smooth enough to make them look smoother

One thing right off the bat, when assembling the engine, you did NOT time the camshaft and crankshaft, that was obvious because you didn't have the timing marks aligned...

@@LiuMutou you need to use oil or assembly lube on any engine part thats going to experience friction. i saw you dint even put oil on the pistons. or else its going to last a short time.

Saw you painted the chassis black. Seems you had the gearbox and engine in and out a lot judging by the paint worn off. Those engines are fine for static models. They're not know to last long in this situation. Good build though

Thank you, the black color on the frame has faded because it is the chassis of the two off-road vehicles I made in my previous video. I removed some paint from the previous vehicle and it was worn off 🤦
