No she isn't. That's not a pension, it's a public allowance for the cost of public duties. So if, for example, she goes to Davos in her capacity as former PM, she could claim travel expenses. She can also pay staff to organize such talks, and their pensions. But she has to expense it. She can't just spend it on herself. Also, it's £115k.
