ppl say the char revealed is not the same as in Impact third. Not sure about that. Could be, i am not familiar with that world/game. But it could be. Welt is confirmed the same Welt traveled from third to Star Rail universe and the guy in the scene said "Ur name will be remembered in this universe too". To me sounds it could be possible... ^^

And the game clearly wanted people to have an emotional reaction after that bossfight - just autoplaying loredump without giving them time to recover is an oversight from the developers if you need to criticize someone. If you mean in the credits, that's his birth name. He changed it to "Welt" in the lore of Honkai Impact 3rd for plot reasons I won't spoil (though you can get an idea of it from his light cone description) and "Yang" is his mother's surname.
