I love Hyundai vehicles. The Veracruz is a tank. Mine is at 256000 miles. Tuff well equipped and looked a lot like the Lexus 350. It's taken me deep into Florida from Texas in the hottest temperatures several times. It is true that most of the older Hyundai vehicles repairs can be performed easily. Great video and thanks for sharing.

This is a great vid. I loved the Veracruz back in the day. But i have always had Santa Fe. I just got my 4th Santa Fe, 2023 Calligraphy. And continue to love how Hyundai has grown over the years. My very first car when i was 18yo was a 1989 Excel. Yep. The OG. Then had a Scoop, Elantra, 2 Sonatas, an Azera and now my 4th Santa Fe. I can't say enough of how happy i am. Oh, and yes...whats up with the lack of sunglass Holder? Come on, Hyundai.😂🤣

I forgot to mention on my moms Hyundai veracruz, it is like a truck, my parents got a round table and 4 chairs and with both rear seats folded down, it fits like a glove.

The Hyundai Veracruz is one of my favourite mid-size crossovers, because I had a friend that used to own one. Instead, I will just buy an older minivan or a large SUV with a third-row seat, as well as a large sedan. My decisions would be a Volkswagen Routan with the 4 L V6 engine or an older Chrysler 300C with the 5.7 L HEMI V8 engine. These are much better vehicles to handle. Thank you very much.

Out of curiosity, why the Routan? It’s the version of the Chrysler van that has the least amount of features if memory serves correctly so why not a Grand Caravan or a Town & Country?

@@10293 The Grand Caravan and the Town and Country were in production for the last forty years, but the Routan was in production for only four years. I still like the Routan, because of Volkswagen engineering and Chrysler reliability.

My mom has a 2009 Hyundai veracruz, it has 144k miles and still drives like a brand new car all the time. The only defect on the car is the driver seat is a little bit damage on the side since we bought the car used almost 2 years ago, other than that, everything works including the heated seats.

My 2010 Borrego had the electric steering wheel adjustment, which also moved with the memory seats. I miss that.
