No, actually blood pressure first rises then gradually lowers just after you complete the lift so it feels like you are about to faint , and it’s very common

It's not accident. The sudden rise and fall of blood pressure due to lifting of heavy weight causes it and it only lasts for few seconds. Sometimes the eye might also get red for few seconds.

If u carry stuff too hard u will probably do a wrong move and hurt a muscle and do surgery, surgery usually costs a lot of money and recovery time could be months so be careful ples. Stay safe

Good lift bro. You got it. I also fainted once, always make sure there is enough space in the back and front so you don't fall on a rack or equipment. What I learned is, don't spend too much time setting up at the bottom position, because being there for long cuts the oxygen to your brain, and chances of passing out increase. So be careful, a good lift regardless.
