I think we need more gyms for women overall in India. A lot of women want to work out but can't because of the stares. Not saying that they shouldn't join unisex gyms but maybe it will give a push to those who don't feel comfortable doing it in a gym where men are constantly staring. A lot more people need to get a fit , healthy lifestyle in a country where everyone eats a lot in general.

I joined gym when I was 11th and lost all my extra fat and later after 7 months of hardwork ..there was a change of staff in gym and the new trainer there was such a sexist jerk! Didn't train well and always made taunt about how girls aren't efficient to do gym like boys are!

you can't talk about weight training without talking about nutrition. it's half gyan. as for the cross fit lady, pls do tell viewers how much protein you have consume to attain the strength of muscles that you have. you are super duper fit. sorry could not keep myself shut from saying the form on sqat can do with a little improvement.

Hats off Ranveer and Kripa.. The dedication and commitment you have shown is a testimony to the fact that, nothing is impossible, if one has the dedication and perseverance. Instead of on screen actors/actress, to me, people like you are the role models, who fight adversity and come out with flying colours. Keep up the good work and the spirit. You are an inspiration to many..

This needs to be shown more.. Cause I see girls in the gym really spend time on cardio. M a 23years old female, I have been strength training since the time I started 2 years ago and less cardio. In India this things need to be made aware too. We have to know there is a thing called NORMAL WEIGHT OBESITY... where body fat% are high, but normal weight.. Dont focus on weight girl.. Focus on UR FATS... Remember .. SWEAT IS YOUR FAT CRYING ... BURN THE FATS,LADIES.

Coming to women weight lifting exercises. Many times to achieve the pr or even in the start of our journey we tend to over do or push too much and hurt ourselves. Is there simple weight lifting exercises women can start with, on their own, even without any trainer? Eg Jumping up and down the staircase.
