And another question, I'm also pondering is the one when he called 911... Where the recording showed no distress... till Alex was sure that he was 'connected' only then he showed audible 'distress'......

What a shock to the American legal profession how a so called upstanding legal person could do all of these crimes. His family tradition in law over the century to live up to has gone and to live with the shame of it all I don't know how any normal person would cope . He is not normal and will be looked upon as pure evil.

Question at such close 'hearing' proximity why according to Alex did he claim, NOT to hear any shots... and how come that he was the only one surviving this attack... Why will attacker/s go to all this... but not going after Alex as well... Because if that were the case they had the time and opportunity to get him too...

The dogs not going crazy barking without stopping... is that they were familiar with the attacker/s... If it were the case... The 911 responders would not have been able to hear a word spoken to them by Alex... Nor would anyone listening to that recording... after the fact... another thing that just not add up, even in the slightest... Knowing dogs... I promise you if Alex were the one... and you wanted to know... all you had to do was taking him to the dogs... They would have either growled and snarled at him or they would have cowered away in fear of him and what they have witnessed...

In reality we all know that Smith kid was murdered because he had a sexual encounter with Buster. Buster is always always ...my girlfriend this my girlfriend that. I feel so conflicted about this case. I believe he did it. I just don't believe they've proven it. Yet I feel the circumstantial evidence proves it, but I still don't feel like the jury will convict him.

Curious to know if you’re aware that circumstantial evidence is to be considered as legitimate as physical evidence. The jury would have been told this and instructed to consider it as such. Where exactly did you see any doubt?

@@PresleysMom504 Yes, I'm aware. I think my gut instincts felt like he might be innocent, but logic was telling me he wasn't. I've always found instincts to be pretty reliable, so I was just a bit conflicted. It didn't last long though, I switched to being convinced he was guilty pretty soon after making that post. It was as though putting it in writing made it clearer to me that I needed to just go with logic over instincts.

What really 'caught' me was that Maggie's body showed that she was run/ran over by someone with a vehicle... Just one of the questions... That is still troubling me......

@@amandaantoinetteshort946 Sitting in a golf cart, Alex would not be as "tall" as if he were standing (clearly, he is still the same height, but he'd be closer to the ground if he was sitting in the cart).

She was not. It was a tire mark from her touching/running into the tire. Not an injury or roll over; it was a transfer.

Incorrect. The blackout wasn’t shot from the hip or from a low position. Did you watch the ME testimony or the expert witness?

@@PresleysMom504 I watched both so called experts , stating the shots was taken from a lower position ,this explains how she got shot in the legs , NO experienced shooter would aim for her legs

@@TheKeithbruce my opinion was that he got Paul from the 4x4, possibly trying to awkwardly conceal the weapon as he shot it OR that he was kneeling trying to avoid being seen (or just make the shooting look weird) and tripped backing away once Paul started advancing and fired the second shot as he did. Or took both shots from the cart and had quickly backed it up to head towards where Maggie was as he switched weapons. I haven’t figured out how she got the imprint of the tire on her leg yet. Unless she was on her way to the gunshots, passed it then stopped when she saw the shooter/Paul and started backing up and ran into where he had parked it. I think this scene was incredibly emotional and chaotic and upsetting for everyone involved-crying, screaming, all kinds of hysterics and that it’s possible he wanted to get her in the leg first so she wouldn’t run. I think he was really rattled by Paul’s brain flying out of his head (and who knows if Paul was able to speak briefly or make noises) and as a result of that he was shaking and having a hard time aiming at her, especially because they were both probably screaming and crying and moving. I think his goal was to get her to stop being able to move before he could steady himself for the kill shots. I haven’t been able to really visualize the whole thing and where the bits and pieces of info (both my ideas and the experts’ suggestions) fit in. Have you seen the animated videos that recreate the actions? They’re very interesting. Unfortunately I haven’t found one that shows the 4x4 yet or the transfer on her leg. Whatever the case, it happened fast and like I said above, I think it was really chaotic and rushed and sloppy.
