His entire behavior-from the corruption, the illegal acts, the betrayal of his wife, the murder itself-shows that he is an immoral person. Usually, someone who is immoral is not wise, because a person with sense chooses a moral life, understands human nature and its weaknesses, and tries to overcome them. Now, in his mind, he has nothing left to lose, and control over his life has passed to others, which is frightening. He tries to regain a sense of control over his life, with the suit, sitting next to lawyers. The public defender reminded him that he's not in control. What I recommend is to be a moral person, not expecting rewards but seeing the moral act as the reward itself, in order to sleep peacefully.

Why is it so hard for you to even entertain he maybe telling the Truth? I mean the State goes on for days about Telles "turning OFF his phone" as if that is yet another slam-dunk sign HE DID IT. Truth was his PHONE was on the whole time. Not evidence he did or didn't do it but it is evidence the State is LYING about their own exhibits. Doing so with a Defense team sitting on their hands. Telles on 9-2-2022 looks like a Man in need of a vacation. He is tried, frustrated and alone. He decides to take a long walk and then spend the rest of his day at the GYM. Not wanting a darn thing to do with his phone or his crumbling life.

The Conspiracy here is the Defense went ALONG with this huge problem. The State's own VIDEO showed the killer walking right past the door and straight into the bushes. Their video also shows 30 minutes of what I would call STALLING behavior as their calls to German went unanswered and they were not sure he was even home. Once confirmed he then enters Bronze circle and lies in wait. Another boner the State covers with all this talk about added penalties for lying in wait. Sorry this issue alone is massive reasonable doubt. If they had the phone records pointing to Telles you for dang sure they would have presented it. They do not even TRY to explain the problems the video shows. they can't.
