While it was a relatively simple story, I really enjoyed the pacing and writing. I find the development of Astra and Eve's relationship to be very compelling and meaningful, and of course watching Phaethon being total simps is just hilarious. Really interested to see what 1.6 and 1.7 have in store, because it looks like we're gonna shift our focus to the defense force next (specifically Obol Squad) and then the Mockingbird (Hugo Vlad and Vivian). But this also means the virtual idols is gonna have to wait again unfortunately

Miss winter’s hit even harder to me when I seen this happen in real life when an actor unalive himself because he was treated horribly and disrespectfully in the industry in the public “shushant” I think his name was. After she wanted divorce, he took his life, then to avoid taking responsibility she blamed the corporations and fans for his depression. We don't know for sure what happened between the de Winters from current in-game information... on the other hand we do know for sure that she's unhinged, and has no problem blaming (and attempting the murder of) people who objectively had nothing to do with Joran's death, such as Astra and everyone else on the Starloop.

I think what the guy was talking about with the shipping situation is the backlash that came from Twitter because peoples head canon didn't come true in her demo. I personally don't mind shipping, but some people get out of hand when their ship doesn't come true or become reality.
