Today I want you guys to take a trip with me on a live BBQ Catering with me. I will show you how we set up, how we prep, how we prepare the Buffet line, how I grill on different BBQS, how my team make’s seamless transitions into different rolls on the cook line.

Oh my goodness, what an amazing video. Your organisational skills must be first class along with your cooking skills, The planning that must go in to an event like that must be like a military operation. Do you have a large van to transport all that equipmwnt around?

Hey fantastic job!!! I’m based out of Nashville Tn and have a passion for cooking and serving people also. I just purchased a Blackstone griddle/rangetop combo it’s a beast! How hard is it to get a license for catering? Or even mobile cooking. I’ll be outside most of the times and don’t plan on going the food truck route.

I use it for all my live caterings & it shows up to work. I am located in NY so things might be different here, first you set your LLC or a corporation setup your tax id recommend accountant for it get off premises insurance get food managers certification contact your local health dept to get your food license etc I hope this help .
