it IS antitrust if it is inhibiting competition. and thus restricting customers and businesses and ideas. car dealerships for example dont' allow anyone other than insiders to see their car repair manuals. this prevents customers from having other options, and drives the prices way up, and also they collude with the makers or sellers of the parts and so once again the customers have no options and so the prices can be price gouged onto the customers. if other people can see the repair manuals other shops can open up and do those repairs and people can fix their own cars, and if more than the dealer sells those parts the other sellers can sell it for cheaper. etc. overall it would create more jobs and lower prices and help the economy this is an example of how antitrust can be harmful to the average person.

Shapiro is too trigger happy to admit he’s pointing the gun in the wrong direction. Juhl’s existence is only justified by the economic excess and political division of the modern era.
