Why is Dublin on the list? The quality of life here is terrible. Transport infrastructure is horrible, healthcare is in bits, the choice of restaurants and food is horrific and the weather will cause a depression on it's own. Everything is overcharged and overpriced beyond reasonable. Yes, if you are a business you might use the low corporate tax, but the quality of life is horrible.

I don’t know it was really free maybe it was houses to live in. I didn’t have any problems walking to the commuter rail. It was a pleasant trip.

I left the US for my parents native Dominican Republic. Plenty of fresh food and fruit. I have access to many American products and other countries products as well. Private health insurance is affordable and I have a pay as you go cell phone service. There isn’t any snow here or crazy violence. We have pricemart which is like Costco. As well as several large supermarket chains. In the cities there are delivery apps. You can come here as a tourist and then just pay taxes to exit. If you have a remote job I say go for it. Many people on a fixed income spend their winter here as well. The pace of life is much slower but I’m less stressed. No mass shootings or deranged homeless people doing crazy things. It’s close proximity to the US is good too if you want friends and family to visit you. Also plenty of bilingual private schools if you have kids. Hope this helps.

All very good, on paper... But there are many intangible things to consider beyond the cost of living and PPP. There is a reason why New York is expensive - it's one of the best cities in the world. - If you live in, say, Guayaquil (Ecuador), life is literally cheaper - you have more chances of being shot dead for your cell phone than in New York. - If you have a health problem, hospitals will not be as good as in the USA or Europe (this might be less of a problem in Europe, than USA, as you will need good private health insurance in the latter). - If you enjoy theatres or museums, the choice is more limited in Bogota (Colombia), etc. - If you buy a property, it might take you 4 weeks to sell in the UK, but 2 years in Peru. - If you're accustomed to buying things on Amazon and receiving them the next day, that doesn't happen in many places. - Furthermore, foreigners always pay more than locals, just because they look like foreigners and people take advantage of that. - The are many drawbacks to living in cheaper places, that's why they are cheaper. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, in fact, that's what I'm looking to do quite soon, but it's not as easy as choosing one dot in a graph and you have to consider many things.
@FindTheTRUTH3372 жыл бұрын
New York is stinky and dirty. Smells like urine just like all of the other Democrat ran cities. It’s too bad because New York is a beautiful city just like, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Detroit (once upon a time), Chicago ……. And the list goes on…. Sad. What people believe and do is important. I lived in another country for a while and did miss some amenities we Americans enjoy, but learned to love without them or enjoy substitutes and was quite happy. We drive too much in the US. City and town planning has created a social situation that is not healthy. Our food is gross for the most part and we are price-gouged everywhere we turn. It’s hard to maintain a middle class lifestyle and getting harder. Our evil leaders have lied to us, betrayed us, and led us and our progeny down the road to slaughter because they hate America and our constitutional freedoms and rights. We are not in a good way here. We are not. That’s the truth.

Argentina has an official rate and the more than double blue rate. Western Union will give you pesos at close to the blue rate. Makes it extremely affordable. This has been going on since 2019 and is likely to continue for a very long time due to Argentina's seriously bad financial crisis. Quality of life for the money is very high.
@jordihako28672 жыл бұрын
As opposed to free financial ecosystems like Bulgaria ,Mexico or the ones mentioned in this channel , the problem of Argentina is the personal financial situation is abnormal, due to the many restrictions and 8+ us dollar exchange rates say eg you cannot have a Paypal account associated an argentinian bank account, can´t deposit us dollars via atm, legally you can only buy 200 us dollars/mo ( to save your pesos from 100% anually inflation, 4th highest in the world ) , wiring money to/from abroad is a pain, etc .If you can work it all out , it´s fine. Plus Argentina has a 40 year chronical crisis, in 2016 it was more expensive than Tokyo, inflation is 100% so in 2025 will it be again?

Just spent 3 months there. As the Peso devalues you get more Pesos with your Dollars. The only rates you need to be aware of is the official rate and the rate you get from Western Union. After defaulting on their debt including the biggest loan the IMF has ever given a country their Peso is essentially worthless outside the country. So don't expect the situation to improve soon. If you get residency you can send money through Western Union directly into your bank account but I didn't have any problems getting cash. Their offices are all over the country with multiple locations in bigger cities. Argentina was my 14th country and I found the people fantastic. Had excellent internet in the city I spent two months in, Alta Gracia. Can't beat the beef either but if you like spicy food, and I do, not a thing there. Did find Tabasco and made do. You can send yourself $500 and have plenty with the extra Pesos to pay for an Airbnb and everything else. Since Western Union started offering the higher exchange rate in 2019 I've seen a lot of very happy expats on various forums.

I am of old school. One new man in Y'shua. Honor the Holy Ones feasts and sabbaths. Well traveled and traded worldwide. Love business. Honest, transparent. Raised two sons. Married 44 years. Agree with most but one that is still a huge challenge to me is those that steal from you including the so-called like-minded believers. The enemy inside your camp is often far more dangerous than the enemy outside. Case in point: when the nation was in the desert. Even outside Egypt and Egypt's system they still brought the house down with robbing others from a lifestyle set apart to the Holy One-even in daily activity eg business. Build a golden calf iso living out the Holy one's principles in lifestyle. It is devastating to see you build a business only to lose it at the hand of those who did not build yet, run or fight is not an option, building firewalls is. It's one thing to build a family and a business. It's another thing to KEEP the wealth you have in family, mankind and business. I have put parameters in place to act as a counter to a hostile nsider or outsider. These are just as important-not only for yourself but also your posterity. Hence my constant reference to self-sovereignty, common law, land deeds, even decentralized platform and money, and position as mankind on the land called earth. I maintain that position but is open to any other viewpoints in that regard.

Can one avoid all a taxes in USA, & CA while having a citizenship or residency status abroad? What will all the Americans with Residency status in Panama do when they fail to file IRS Taxes for say 10 years? Certainly they’re going to be dinged. I do not understand the dual Citizenship, 2 or more passports as it relates to my original USA citizenship. USA says no! Dual citizenship is not recognized. But, the long arm of IRS & my state will always be collecting $$$ from me regardless. Please explain, as I cannot understand this. Unless I decide to move my $$$ out of USA, to overseas to one or several countries, and claim residency or citizenship with passports, I will be subject to TAXES. There as well. Possibly to more than one country and state or providence . Sounds good on surface, but maybe too many people involved in my life.

First thing you need to do is move out of California to a state with no income tax. Is yes California will continue to claim you are a resident even if you leave the country. They will take your money right out of your back account. You can go to SD and get a hotel room and claim residency and then move out of the country. Just don't stay more than the limit in foreign countries and you never need to pay the taxes. Although honestly you well save SO much by living in a place in Central and South America that the little bit of tax you pay outweighs the enormous costs of CA.

This is all fascinating to me. I just don’t know how someone leaves their family, friends, and life behind to move across the planet to save a few dollars, especially if you are wealthy. If you have no roots or ties to where you live, by all means, go. I have lived in different places mostly in Texas where I was born and raised, I don’t want to live outside of Texas no matter what the cost or savings.

Since USA and CANADA are citizenship taxes (you're still USA/CAN taxes no matter where you live) how is living elsewhere better? Your still paying at least 30% tax back to the west and then the tax of where you actually live. So, how does this move to any of your places mentioned? Can you do a YT on taxes and living away?
@user-jy7yw5kw3w2 жыл бұрын
I’m assuming you would denounce citizenship to avoid the tax 🤷♂️ I’m interested in moving to another country too, however my remote job hasn’t approved of it, just other states.
@dogguy86032 жыл бұрын
You would have to renounce your citizenship, and if your an American it means you cant get your citizenship back if you change your mind
@belle42 Жыл бұрын
Yes you're still liable for taxes from your home country. But what Andrew is saying is that you can live on half of what it cost in the USA Canada. I could live in a small City in Argentina, Ecuador, Columbia for less than a quarter of what I have to pay to survive in Phoenix. So if I move and even make half of what I make now with a remote job I'll be way ahead. I can invest the savings while living a much better life.

It seems good and sounds great especially with the problems in the west currently. But there are so many people who have done this only to end up homeless in a poor country through making mistakes and trusting the wrong people. Or just bad planning an example of how it can catch you out is cheaper areas to live in are generally rural. All the locals lick their lips because they think you a foreigner have a lot of money. So you get robbed and there really are no alternatives it is not like a western country where you look online and just ring someone else. Options are limited in country areas. And if you live in a city prices are quickly becoming similar to where you live now. Even country areas are facing massive increases in energy prices, land etc. Basically do your homework and do not presume it will be so much cheaper.

Very informative video. However, the continual misuse of the word "arbitrage" was jarring. The word arbitrage means an investment strategy in which an investor simultaneously buys and sells an asset in different markets to take advantage of a price difference and generate a profit. It does not mean working or conducting business in one location and living in another location. For example arbitrage is not working in the CBD (where food, clothing, rent etc is expensive) and commuting to the suburbs (where food, clothing, rent etc is cheaper). Nor is it arbitrage to live in a third world country (where rent, food, clothing is cheap) and sell one's labour in a first world country via the magic of the internet.
