Here is info for the younger generation. It used to be illegal to burn & otherwise disrespect our flag. During the Vietnam era the Supreme Court ruled that burning our flag was protected activity under the 1st amendment. That was another ridiculous ruling. I suppose if they purchased a flag, it is their own property. However, at least enforce the laws against destruction of public property. I have no financial interest in the following info. I agree. Not safe anywhere. I heard they ran out of food for the athletes the first day. 30% of the protein is plant based, they only gave into air conditioning after complaints, the river is too filthy for the rowing team and they are sleeping on cardboard beds. Who would even watch it because these games, and the Commonwealth games were the worlds best WOMEN and MEN competing and representing their countries. As soon as men were allowed in womens sports the integrity of these events was destroyed. I dont know 1 person who is even bothering to watch the games.
