She does ship to other countries outside the US. I found the Frequently Asked Questions on her website says that you can order from other countries and the shipping will be calculated accordingly.

Hi Marilyn! I have a question about my Procolored DTF Printer that I just received a month ago. I am out of the white ink. Is there an ink that you have ordered for that machine from Amazon Amazon? I know I need something quickly because we are supposed to print on it every day, but not sure what ink is good and will not clog. Do you have any suggestions or any experience with that?

I have only used ProColored Ink in my machines. Since time is of the essence, I would either put the printer in vacation mode until you get some from them, or order some with very good reviews off of Amazon and put a small amount in before committing to it.
