Haven't watched the full live, but the whole REF turbo with board breakers blind going 2nd, then switching to a nadir village control going first deck could be the play. Toy box as a 5 card gas supplemental engine would help keep your hand.

shin sarc concerned, you can add salvation instead of secrets, and summon silent mag zero instead of a second dm black magic, xyz into norito into ebon, activate salvation summon dm then the detached dmg from gy, and ONLY THEN link 2 into silluhatte, then link 2 into masquerena, and another and last link 2 (your choice). On opponent's turn, activate eternal soul bringing back dm duo, link summon gryphon, while having burning magic package and a set continuous trap monster (my personal favorite in dm is apophis as you negate spells due to eternal soul existance). Spell negate, gryphon-skill drain (cannot be destroyed by card effects), burning magic, rod in hand, silluhatte cannot be destroyed by battle if he jumped on all your disruptions, ive never ever lost a duel with this board. edit: personally i dont like the toy combo only because you have to hard draw it, if it was as consistant as shin sarc, it would be my favorite tech

It's an expensive option, but a simple fiendsmith package should be mandatory in DM. 1 Engraver in main and then Closed Sky, Necroquip, Requiem and your choice of Evolzar Lars or Wave High King Caesar. Turns rod + souls into something for what it's worth. I'm not seriously touching the deck until Primoredials.

%100 love the grind. my 1st place celebration event list is a going second board breaker with the ref. going board breaker style will definitely push people into having to respond only to get that dragoon dropped. very powerful and scary

Love all the different theory-crafting in this stream, and your last video. Really nice to see you’re trying to make the current incarnation of DM as good as possible. It’s too bad the branded fusion variant is dead. Hopefully we get some new DM support in near future. Would love to see pure DM at a usable level. I’d be happy with rogue!

Whats your thoughts on adding more hand traps with copies of Crossout Designator in order to counter other hand traps, also feel like you need the Diabellstar cards to just generate bodies. Also maybe adding Secret Village to turn off opponents spells

@@mrmacahd495the deck has so many 1 of’s schism feels a lot worse when it becomes 1 of many bricks not just the 1 of you hate drawing. Seeing schism with like Gandora feels awful if that makes sense

Yea i get what you mean, i think you’ve crafted a very very good build in ToyBox that eliminates a massive problem for DM which is the amount of bricks. What is your thoughts on HandTraps being included with Crossout ?

you should try bls link. so easy to get into with some op effects allows u to basically grow the attack out of reach or a banish every turn, with circle thats 2 banishes. if you link it with a lvl 7 or higher it becomes basically immune to alot of things your opponent tries to throw at it.

Since you are now open for more casual combos after the banlist i was wondering if you would be willing to test out Slifer the sky dragon in dark magician? I am thinking a small package consisting of Slifer, the true name, the revived sky dragon, and maybe trap tracks? They idea is that soul servent (or even circle if you play it) stacks cards for the true name that brings you engine cards + special summons slifer which could be used as a floodgate the same turn or link material. Then bring it back with the rivived sky god and potentially draw up to 6? The tought behind trap tracks was that you could use it to destory The dark magicians and gain two bodies + set The revived sky god? Not consistent and alot of multi card combos but could be fun maybe? Monster reborn could also be considered because of the revived sky god but not nessesary for the package
