Hear me out. Retrain eye of timeus so it can be searched by DM cards. A retrain or DM Girl so she can either special summon herself or destroy/banish something when she comes to the field that also counts as DM Girl so you can summon here with The DM’s. Limit Dragoon to 1. And finally add a new search card other than rod. Let it special summon itself and search for DM cards. It can be another lvl 3 for xyz summons or possibly make it a tuner. Draco bezerker can be fun in the deck along with plenty of other synchro monsters. It’s the king of games deck. The pharaohs greatest companion. The deck truthfully just needs something to speed it up and constantly make the same thing. It could easilyyyy be a great deck with just one good upgrade to its consistency. Hell they could even make some kind of synergy with red eyes like the phantom knights-raidraptor deck where they can play off each other pretty well

Have you ever tried using true name in your decks? It has pretty good synergy with soul servant, illusion of chaos and dark magical circle because you know the top card of your deck, effectively being a pot of duality without the setback of not being able to special summon and you can search sphere mode going second

Since we will get a new blue eyes structure deck in february of 2025, I really hope for a DM structure deck aswell in the near future. It's right up my alley in terms of nostalgia and it's cool to see that you dedicate your videos pretty much to playing only DM.

I know this is an older vid, but 2 questions: 1: What are your thoughts on the new Dark Magician shining Sarco and Dragoon in the deck? 2: What are your thoughts on the Adventure Engine in the deck? How much would it conflict with the deck?

Your Deck PERFECTLY incapsulated the essence of YUGI as a characher (both normal and Yami). on one hand you have the standard dark magician engine with souls rod illusion etc and later the TOY engine and also the Gandora and Shining Sarc. AWESOME deck!

1:03:00 Can you explain to me this part? I don't understand how you can use Toy Box's effect using Soul Servant and then get to chain Soul Servant to stack the deck because I thought Toy Box has to send the card to the GY a face down S/T.

Hey, does this deck engine just not work if you don't have Cross Sheep or Muddy Mudragon? They seem pretty integral, and I can't think of alternatives/substitutes.

For the Toy Box Engine, is there a way to get to it consistently beyond just have three copies and sometimes Soldier to access it?

Upon reflection, it seems really nuts that a bunch of mecha-firetrucks are better at both using AND recycling spells than "the ultimate wizard".

Unfortunately, I missed the stream, being in Greece and all... I have to say you have become my favourite yugituber to watch... the fact that you have chosen a casual deck and keep experimenting with it, the way you demonstrate your strategy and thought process, the calmness of your beautiful voice, your smile and enthusiasm while explaining, still being serious and humble and not overacting like a hot head child... You have my utter respect as a person and a duelist... KEEP IT UP!

Budding DM player here, I was trying to cook something to play around with Slifer and the algo brought me here just before the YCS. It's really cool to see a creator also pushing this deck.

I have to say i really like your channel and work for the following reasons: - you play a rogue deck and show that a deck like DM can hold its own even today - you are very chill and patient, explaining stuff multiple on stream without sounding annoyed or judging - you represent a normal dude that likes YGO without behaving like everything is INSANE or BROKEN or BUSTED, even when you sometimes use these terms you are very timid with it - you explain your thoughts well Overall this is pretty much how i would love more people to treat rogue TCG content. Some do it better (you) some worse. But even stuff like Gladiator beasts or mekk Knights and what not have strategies for modern play even when playing at a disadvantage. I started playing DM on master duel a while back since i had the cards back when circle and eternal soul was new. I realized the deck is not totally crap (playing bystial DM right now with 60 cards). Then i looked up if someone actually feels the same and then i found you proving me right. I actually think that you are the top DM content creator with your personality. There are more people like you out here and i am glad you represent them here.

sorry i couldnt make steam just wanna ask a question I know youve settled pretty well on runic but i personally liked the shining sarc a lot better becuase it felt like a more pure build of DM with that beign said although its not as powerful as runic do you think the shining sarc is still a viable engine paired with dm

I was really disappointed that you didn't do better. But what happened to you with the format change was my biggest fear. YCS Anaheim is the same weekend as crossover breakers release. Im going into that expecting a shift in the meta.

it really really sucks that it wasnt streamed, would love to so see DM in a live tourney match..,but big congrats on your feature match you deserved it!. I really love your Deck im also working with it as an foundation for my DM Deck and i get really good resolves for what it is. Im experimenting right now with legacy of the duelist (the perma spell) its small floodgate for your opponent and in combination with TDM in draw phase it feels really good plus you are able to pop yubels backr in BP (It negates the attack to destroy a backr card from your oppenent) i would love to hear your thoughts on that and again big congrats! (side note: what would be your perfect DM card that we are missing? for me personally a Dark Magician tthat is always treated as a DM , can special him self from graveyard or hand by sending 2 cards that use DM in the text from the deck and gets to search on summon)
