Do you mean Line Of Credit for LOC? As in a Heloc or something else? We are looking to buy a 2nd house in Florida, possibly 2 for personal and renting for investment. We do not have debt or house payments other than LI property taxes. Our home is paid off. We are 2 years to retirement and make around 3+k have savings and annuity and a 401k over 1 mil. Credit is mid 800s I just came here to find out about doing a 203k on an estate i found in Orlando but not sure if we can qualify if we are already homeowners. Learning alot here. Our first mortgage 30 yrs ago was an fha 5%down 1st time buyer loan. So investing is new to us. We want to buy something in Orlando that we can make a multi unit for our kids or renting. We were told to get a heloc or savings for cash sale. We were going to either pay house in full or at least big DP with low mortgage. Now idk. Thanks for your video

As a realtor in my opinion, a housing market crash is imminent due to the high number of individuals who purchased homes above the asking price despite the low interest rates. These buyers find themselves in precarious situations as housing prices decline, leaving them without any equity. If they become unable to afford their homes, foreclosure becomes a likely outcome. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living.
