6’8 small forward banging with 7 footers to try and hold the paint down. I’m not surprised he was bad offensively. He did his job in that game

Not to quibble, but that was his height at draft. He grew at least an inch or two after that. Tatum is at least 6’9”-6’10”

One thing I've noticed early on this season is the Jays are driving to and attacking the basket a lot more
@notmyname96252 күн бұрын
I think thats mostly coincidence tbh. They drive for the hoop when ppl on the outside are covered when ppl close in on the hoop it opens up the pass for the 3 and if not they just go for the layup/dunk. Thats part of what i like about Mazzulla its all about taking the opportunities when they present themselves to set the whole team up for success instead of building the whole team around just the stars and making it so they have to create those opportunities themselves. Best team in the NBA right now and its not close at all.

Been talking about Pritchard since he got on the team, and you guys laughed at him. Kid is obviously extremely talented and hard working. All you Smart stans and clowns who hated on Pritchard are the reason this team doesn’t have another ring

Is it me or did Jaylen Brown evolve his game. Like he dramatically got better yet again. He's literally gotten better every year since he's been drafted and i think this is his 1st year in his prime. He's making some tough super star shots and drives. Im talking kobe level. He wasn't making those types of shots and moves before. I knew the team and especially the Js would get better naturally off a championship but it seems like both Js evolved especially brown. He's playing like someone who does have his own shoe brand.

I'd agree with the PP eventual All-Star take if he was 24~ but he's turning 27 in January.

I mean..idk about age, but he’s already good enough. Literally. We’ve seen this man just torch teams for so long at this point. It’s SO hard to be great every game when you are coming off the bench and might only get 14 minutes if things don’t go well, and yet Prichard still managed to have dozens and dozens of games last year where he was just destroying the opposing team. Like taking over. Insane crossover step back, side step, 3s, stop and go finishes with a big on his hip, beautifully running the offense and getting nice assists, of course his half course bombs that he’s been at than anyone else I’ve ever seen before. I think it’s fair to say that if you get to start, you score 30 or 38, like with ease, you could already be an all star if you played for a lesser squad, like a 40-42 team, and got to run the show. Pritchard is literally one of the hardest to guard players in the league. There are just other factors why he isn’t the starting Pg or star of the course of team. Clealty there is a ceiling to how good your team could be if PP was your lead player. But he is NASTY. It’s simply just hard to find another bench guard around the league who has the highlights he has, the passing he has, the assists he has, the 3 point shooting he has, the clutch shots he has made, the handles he has!? and the effort on defense he brings. Malik Monk is close, but not all around in those areas. I’m sure there are a few guards off the bench who are better in some ways, but not a lot. I personally, at this point, would bet more money on pritchard to score 25 ppg as a starter than any other bench player in the league. Prichard literally is just able to do whatever he wants.
