If you have a Camper, you need the bikes for going out anywhere otherwise you have to pack everything up in the van to move. My mate has a six wheeler and tow a little car behind for going out anywhere. They usually smell of farts and such in a morning.

I’m with Geoff, no toilet in a small van. In the 60s, we had a chemical toilet in a double skinned bucket, and it lived in a small, purpose designed toilet tent, outside.

Dinky toys were better than hotwheels ... DON'T BUY A CAMPER van ... Buy a horse box or a Luton box and convert it really easy and quick ... Trust me , I m a new age traveller ( that makes me old age mate ) ... Get a Tilly lamp , wood stove , dog , whistling kettle .. and your arf way there

Geoff, if you buy a camper van, make sure it is one of those that is manufacturer approved! Avoid those that have been made using cheap components. Many who bought those are now wishing they hadn't.

Have a look at some new age travellers rigs from the past for inspiration ... Old British buses.. super Vegas , Thames etc ... If you avnt got grandad 7,5 tonnes rights it's going to be the Luton box

Hi Geoff. What about getting an old transit or sprinter in good condition. Then get folding camping bunks, table, chairs, cooking bench and plastic boxes for storage then you can use the van as a camper and as a regular van. As far as a toilet, you can buy a shower tent and a chemical toilet. The toilet in the tent can be for overnight urgent needs

Definitely don't have use a toilet in the wagon ... Horrible ... We always carried a shit spade , torch ... And think of the nasty chems you're avoiding in the chemi loos

I like TFL from Boulder Colorado, they have various channels,truck, classic,EV,bike and are professional & fun. Their towing tests of the pickup trucks are brutal up the Ike gauntlet. The cost of fuel and electricity in the US are laughable.

You need a toilet in the camper/caravan for a pee in the morning or if you're having a drink at night and it's p155ing down. No 2 is banned though, have to go to a proper toilet block/public toilet for that

Take your kids out of school on trip around Europe and the Uk. You tell the school that it is a combined history and geography trip. If you get them to work out the fuel consumption, it is a maths trip as well.

Sound is fine, but the vid is very steppy again, and the more you sway about in your chair, the more broken the vid gets! - - then at 29.39 it turned into a smeary mess, like you used to get with a flawed VCR tape! I wound you back a bit and played it again, and it did the same! So KZbin has corrupted the vid.

Paddy McGuiness really is insufferable. Chris Harris was the best presenter from that line up, Freddie Flintoff knew nothing about cars either. William Woollard - used to also be on Tomorrow's World in the 1970s and early 1980s. Look up "Woollarding" - doing a piece to camera, standing with one foot on the cars front tyre.
