My sleep has been terrible for decades! If I fall asleep by 10 pm I’m up at midnight ( I get up at 4 am for work) but if I go back to sleep it’s not until 2 ish am like it’s been this way for years and years! I’ve taken sleep aids ( then was told they have been linked to dementia which is great since my mom passed away from dementia ) now I just do 20-40 mg of melatonin. I might get a full six hours of sleep or three times a month. It’s exhausting. And now adding hot flashes on top of that the choice of being a woman.fml

Get yourself on HRT if you can - the progesterone can help with sleep.
