Thank you for this book. People who create a culture of not sharing key information in order to exert control and make money should be recognized. These people often profess to want widespread uptake of the knowledge, but, sometimes require students to sign non disclosures. It’s prevalent in the US. We either want to help people, or we don’t.

This is one of the reason’s I rushed to the site to buy it. While it is pricey for me I wanted to support him. I also trust Denise for being a discerning reader and an honest reviewer. I enjoyed this discussion very much 😊

I'm new to wig wearing...and I"m so exited that I discovered your videos. They are all so helpful. I've only "dunk" washed my synthetic once...so I will be adjusting. I especially appreciated your comments on the psychology of wearing a wig. I started a month ago due to hair loss...and it's been emotionally tough. I'm just figuring out what to tell people...strangers as well as friends and family. It was so helpful to see that you still get emotional after 5 years. It made me feel like I'm ok. The good news is...I've received so many compliments...even from strangers! Thanks.

Thank you for sharing this with us. I bought Jason’s book and look forward to reading it and wish him the best of luck in his next endeavor. Hoping he makes realistic hairlines for dark browns since those knots are much harder to hide. Sending love from the upper Midwest 😊

I’m so grateful to have seen this as a newer wig wearer! I’ve had some gift shampoo & conditioner but it’s been on my mind, with the many choices, what I was going to purchase! After seeing this I’m excited to learn how to wash & care for my wigs for longevity going forward. I can’t wait to get Jason’s book? Denise your glowing change had an impact on me this day that gave me confidence going out that evening! Thank you both for all your doing!

You look beautiful Denise💕 This was great! One question - I use EW sham/cond. Wondering if I should switch to Woolite/Downey? 🤔
@heywigsister9 ай бұрын
If what you are using is working for you, I would stick with that. I tried Woolite and Downey when I first started and I didn't like it as much as what I was using (Belle Madame shampoo and conditioner). Recently I think I found out why. I recently learned that regular synthetic fibers are different than heat friendly. Regular synthetic are more of a plastic fiber whereas heat friendly is more of a polyester... so Woolite and Downey might work well with heat friendly, but likely not as much with regular synthetic. Everyone is so different, with their preferences! I know some who use baby shampoo to wash their synthetic wigs and they say it works great, lol. Ask 10 people, get 10 answers.

Great interview enjoyed it. Comment: dawn is not recommended for animals, it's not the right ph and can damage their skin. It is used for oil spills for animals as an emergency method but this is not good for them, just better than the oil. Use the right PH shampoo for animals for shampooing for basic care.
