I see an opportunist who has already bilked the govt. for his 'disability'. Who claims he was a SEAL although he was only in SEAL TRAINING for less than a year then shipped off to Iceland, was let go from a 10 year contract after the first year (non performance), who was not issued any work orders on a one year contract (after three months), whose 'partners' did not want him in the business they formed. The guy is a scam artist and it looks like everyone who has been in contact with him knows it. Look at his taxes - nothing to believe there. All I see is someone looking for his next free ride.

Adam Levine’s testimony gave me 💯 of what I needed to hear to see how CNN is responsible. Just heartless of a company to do such a thing to a person and have no apology to our navy vet. They could have gone back and done a segment to apologize and then lift him up as a hero for what he was doing to help those people. But they just don’t care.

He does not have a security clearance because HE IS NOT working for the government. This is what happens to every citizen/contractor/govt. worker who has a clearance when they no longer work for the govt. If he returns to govt. service and requires a clearance then it can be reactivated within two years without an additional investigation. This guy is quite the non-truth teller. What the company who was 'holding' his clearance was doing is illegal.

Plaintiff lawyer is just awful. Terrible wording of questions. Yesterday took the cake. Someone used the expression about catching more flies than honey. And then the awful lawyer asked "Are you calling Mr. Young a fly?" Yuck. Bottom of the barrel lawyering. I hope the jury follows the evidence.
@matthewnewton881212 күн бұрын
The evidence is totally clear that this “news” story never should have been ejaculated out in front of a national audience when almost everyone involved said OF THEIR OWN ACCORD- “it’s half baked”, and “the reporting is incomplete”, and “there are major unanswered questions”, and “we don’t know what’s really going on here”. That’s stupendously bad journalistic practice. It’s cavalier. It’s playing with a man’s reputation because of a hunch. AND THEY FAKED A PHONE CALL and duped the audience?? Are you absolutely KIDDING me?? These arrogant bigwigs thought they were too huge to touch. That they could say anything about anyone with impunity and destroy a man without a full understanding of what was happening. This lawsuit is entirely appropriate and I fully agree- I hope the jury follows the evidence.
