I sometimes use watercolor pencils and color 1 side darker then use a damp brush to fade it out

Hi Johanna! Watching your vids has really helped me blossom as a “colorist” & I’m excited to try other mediums. I’d like to suggest adding a perforated blank page to your books that can be torn out and used under the pages when coloring. Thanks for the great videos, love from Arizona, USA!

The Arteza’s in the tin have a lot more wax than the triangular pencils in the tube. Same colors though. I love the caran d’Ache blender bright. They add wonderful protection over your coloring. Not for high wax content pencils. Made for oil pencils.

I have been known to color leaves in lavender with only bright green outlining. Mystical worlds are colorful and magical! There's not reason why they should adhere to color norms of any kind. But yeah, the limited color palette is fun too sometimes.

Hello Johanna! I just want to let you know about What’s going on about Artezas pencils on KZbin right now. I have been thinking about buying these pencils but after doing a bit it research on KZbin I won’t. A lot of people have had trouble with these pencils disolving when combined with water. This should not happen with a pencil that is not promoted as a watercolor pencil or water disolved pencil. Please dig in to this a bit so you don’t promote a pencil that doesn’t do what it should do, since your followers deserves to know the true story of these pencils and this brand. It seems that Arteza know about this but doesn’t inform their customers about it until they discover it on their own and take contact with their customer service. So please think about this before recommending these pencils, and let your wiewers know so they don’t buy a pig in a poke. Best regards, Sofie
