Phosphorescence in type IIB blue diamonds in is suspected to be caused by impurities primarily boron which doesn’t in fact effect diamonds value. Uncut raw diamonds high in boron are fluorescent to long wave UV light

UV light and fluorescence is not a determining factor in diamond quality.. So if you have two high quality diamonds that are the same in every way including price but 1 of them glows in UV I'd buy that one.. Crappie diamonds can be florescent too.. It goes both ways

can fluorescence show up like a light rosy pink color under a black light?

I appreciate your video but I need to see them in the Sun not under a light number one number two you say that if it has strong fluorescence and put in a ring is going to have milky and hazy is that guaranteed?

Hi im just learning, So, as soon as you set them they lose there clarity ? So its probably better to go for a strong u.v. reaction as its a little darker anyway.
