Matiang'i may not be fully honest in this issue, but you can tell he's always at the top of his game. He ended up lecturing the committee members on the kind of laws they should be passing concerning security. One of the reasons why I hesitate to embrace the DP as the incoming President is the fact that his administration will fire Matiang'i, DPP Haji and DCI Kinoti and others, people I greatly admire because they mostly get the job done.
